Embodied AI for useful everyday support
Sydney AI has been researching and developing Patricia since 2025, combining agent systems, robot learning, navigation and human–robot interaction. Patricia now runs on our first mobile prototype.
Why Patricia
Many everyday needs occur between visits, shifts and conversations. A continuing, mobile agent may help with agreed routines, communication, orientation and connection while a person remains in authority.
Care and supported living are our first focus because the social need is clear and the standard for usefulness, dignity and control should be high.

Patricia is designed to do more than answer a question, while avoiding the idea that a language model should control everything.
